Her professional activity includes work with domestic violence, people with disabilities and their families, as well as people with addictions such as alcoholism, nicotine addiction, drug addiction, gambling and internet addiction in children and adolescents. Gavrilova is dedicated to the problems of anxiety, depression, phobias, panic attacks, sleep disorders and family problems, working with both adults and children.

She is particularly dedicated to stress and its overcoming, as well as problems in children, including tics, speech disorders, aggression and bedwetting.

In addition, Gavrilova holds a license for expert witness in the field of psychology (Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Macedonia), a certificate in integrative psychotherapy, an international certificate in working with alcohol addicts (CAT), as well as several other certificates related to working with marginalized communities and parents of children with special needs.
